KidzKind Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

The KidzKind Loyalty Programme (“Programme”) is operated by KidzKind Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By joining or participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Loyalty Programme Terms and our main Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over.

  • You must have an active customer account on our website.

  • The Programme is for personal, non‑commercial use only.

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw membership where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Joining the Programme

  • Membership is free.

  • Customers are automatically enrolled when they create an account and opt in to the Programme.

  • Only one account may be held per individual.

4. Earning Points

  • Members earn points on qualifying purchases made through our website.

  • Points are awarded at the rate displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

  • Points are calculated based on the purchase value excluding delivery charges and refunds.

  • Bonus points may be awarded during promotions or special offers, subject to specific terms.

Points will usually be credited once an order has been completed and is no longer eligible for cancellation.

5. Redeeming Points

  • Points may be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or offers made available on our website.

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or sold.

  • Rewards availability may change from time to time.

Points can only be redeemed on purchases made directly through our website.

6. Points Expiry

  • Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned.

  • Expired points cannot be reinstated.

7. Returns and Points Adjustments

  • If an order is returned or refunded, the points earned on that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

  • If points have already been redeemed and a refund results in a negative balance, the balance may be adjusted accordingly.

8. Misuse and Adjustments

We may suspend, remove, or adjust points where we reasonably believe there has been:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Misuse of the Programme

  • Error in points allocation

  • Breach of these Terms or our main Terms and Conditions

Points will not be removed arbitrarily or without reasonable justification.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

10. Changes to the Programme

We may make reasonable changes to the Programme, including:

  • How points are earned or redeemed

  • Available rewards

  • Expiry periods

Where changes materially affect members, we will provide reasonable notice via our website or email.

11. Termination of Membership

  • You may leave the Programme at any time by closing your account or contacting us.

  • We may terminate your membership if you breach these Terms or misuse the Programme.

Upon termination:

  • Any unused points will be forfeited

  • No cash compensation will be provided

12. Liability

Nothing in these Loyalty Programme Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to this, we are not responsible for losses arising from participation in the Programme, including loss of points or rewards due to account closure or expiry.

13. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We use purchase history solely to:

  • Calculate points

  • Administer rewards

No automated decision‑making with legal or significant effects is used in the Programme.

14. Governing Law

These Loyalty Programme Terms are governed by the laws of England.
The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
