6. Returns, Cancellations and Faulty Goods (UK Consumers)

6.1 Statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

6.2 Change‑of‑mind cancellation (distance sales)

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, except where exemptions apply.

• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

• You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

• Where the entire order is returned, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery.

• Where only part of an order is returned, we will refund the returned items but not the delivery costs.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return, using the original payment method.

You may handle goods only as you would in a shop. We may reduce your refund if handling goes beyond what is necessary.

Return costs:
You are responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty or we agree otherwise.

6.3 Exemptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Personalised or custom‑made items

• Final sale or clearance items (clearly identified before purchase)

• Any items exempt under applicable law

6.4 Faulty or mis‑described goods

If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose:

You may reject the goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Repair or replacement
After 30 days, you may request a repair or replacement.

Final right to reject
If repair or replacement is not possible or unsuccessful, you may claim a refund or price reduction.

Where goods are faulty, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
